TimelyCare

TimelyCare is a telehealth company that is contracted with CAPS to provide free teletherapy, telepsychiatry, urgent mental health support, and other health and wellness programming to UVA students.  Students can download the TimelyCare app and register with their UVA email address to gain access to services, including 12 free teletherapy sessions per academic year and 24/7 urgent mental health support through the “TalkNow” service.  Psychiatry appointments are available with a referral from CAPS or from a TimelyCare therapist.
