Provides one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and psychiatric services to UVA students at no cost.

Offers free, brief individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric medication services, 24-hour crisis consultation, outreach and prevention services, and care management.

UVA Faculty and Employee Assistance Program (FEAP)

Provides brief, (1-3) sessions, assessment, crisis intervention, and counseling services to all faculty, staff (including student employees), of the Medical Center and University and their family members. A trauma clinician provides counseling services for up to 12 sessions.

The Office of the Dean of Students provides 24-hour crisis management and incident response services to University students. The dean on call may be reached by contacting the central office at (434) 924-7133 or, after hours, by contacting the University Police Department at (434) 924-7166 and asking for the dean on call.

The ADAPT Peer Educators are trained to educate their peers to reduce the negative outcomes associated with alcohol or other drug use. As peer educators, the team promotes awareness, provides educational outreach, and serves as accessible resources for UVA students.
